At GC Reports, we know that business is only as successful and strong as the community it serves. While our daily calendars are filled with site visits, sound tests and energy reporting, our “why” has always been about supporting the people that our work serves and ensuring we contribute to the growth of our local area.

We’ve had a busy month doing exactly that: supporting success. In between our technical team being out and about on site across the nation to support your projects and ensure their compliance, we’ve also been out on the greens and around the boundary, backing local events and talent that make communities what they are.

Beyond the Site: Rooted in the Communities’ Success

Communities are at the heart of what we do at GC Reports, with every report we produce or assessment we conduct having the people who will be using them in mind. People are at the forefront of our mind, and whether it be an Overheating Calculation or a Sound Insulation Test, we want the end user to be comfortable and happy with their project.

With people being at our core, that is why we are so keen to help our community, and this month we have strengthened our bond with Scunthorpe Town Cricket Club through two of their key initiatives:  

  • Sponsoring the 17th Hole at the STCC Golf Day: We were thrilled to be a part of this day at Thonock Park Golf Club, sponsoring a Par 3 which also hosted a hit or miss (mostly miss) competition.   • Sponsoring a Youngster at STCC: With the cricket season also having begun, we have also sponsored a player at STCC. Sachin in a brilliant all-rounder coming through the ranks at the club and we are excited to support him through the upcoming season. Keep an eye on our socials where we will post updates to show how he is getting on!

Investing in the future of our area, whether through sport or sustainable building, is what drives us. We are proud to play a small part in the success of the club and its players, and we wish the whole team at STCC the best of luck for a successful season ahead.
